Dr. Amrit Pal Singh Sodhi is an International G.P Consultant in Australia,& Consultant Diabetologist,Diabetic foot specialist and Non invasive Cardiologist and General Physician at Dr.Sodhi's M.A Cardio Diabetic Hospital Opposite Bibi Da Gurudwara, Mohalla Sodhian, Moga (Punjab) • He did his graduation in 1997 and post graduation in Medicine in 2007 from Government Medical college Patiala.He further pursued his Fellowship in Diabetes Management from CMC Vellore in 2010.He further updated himself in the Diabetic foot programmes from CMC Vellore and Amrita institutute of Medical sciences Kochi.He Presented large data base on comparison of Linagliptin and Empagliofozin at RSSDI in 2017.He further Presented Diabetic foot cases with conservative approach at various National conferences.He is a pioneer in limb salvage and footwear modification. He boasts of treating more than 70000 Diabetic foot with less than 5 percent amputations. He is a member of ADA,IPA,IAE,ITA and EASD.He is a founder member and patron of SAHAS(SUGAR AND HEART AWARENESS SOCIETY MOGA). He is participating actively in various social outreach programmes in and around his area.
He has attended various National and international conference in India or
Abroad.
He has presented numerous talks on Diabetes/Diabetes Management/Heart
diseases at various National and International levels.

He was organizing Chairperson of First ever State level Diabetic Conclave 2019 in Moga in Punjab.
Dr. Amrit Pal Singh Sodhi is an eminent Diabetologist who has dedicated over years of his life in the field of Diabetes in the Moga District of Punjab. With greater ambitions comes greater responsibilities and Dr. Sodhi has impeccably fulfilled them with utmost sincerity. He is people’s Doctor in Moga as these people have dearly appreciated his endeavors in treating Diabetic Foot Patients and thus, honored him with ‘Moga Award’. Presently, he is holding three forts as consultant Diabetologist, non invasive cardiologist and General Physician at MA Cardio Diabetic Clinic at Moga, Punjab.
He successfully completed his MBBS and Post-graduate Medical education from Government Medical College, Patiala, Punjab. His fervor motivated him to pursue Fellowship course in Diabetic Management from CMC, Vellore. After attaining his fellowship, he promised himself to medically help in all possible ways to eradicate this ailment. He attended myriad national and international conferences on Diabetic & Cardiology in order to gain exposure, wisdom and experience.
Since the date of receiving his fellowship, his social contribution towards the people of Moga is recognized by International Study Circle at Bangkok and felicitated him with International Medical Excellence Award. It encouraged him to lay the foundation stone of SAHAS (Sugar & Health Awareness Society), an NGO, on. The idea was to increase consciousness of diabetes and its complications in the areas of his practice and also to educate people about its prevention, management as well as control of this ailment.
He has holistically organized number of CME/Diabetic/HbA1c awareness programs, camps and rallies with SAHAS in past 4-5 years within Moga and other nearby areas in Punjab. He is a respected consultant Diabetologist at MA Cardio Diabetic Clinic and also visits Rajindera Hospital at Moga for Consultation on Diabetic foot & General Awareness. He and his experienced team has successfully treated over 1200 diabetic foot patients on conservative team basis and over 90% with Limb Salvage. He has been fostering the treatment on indoor & outdoor basis for such patients for last 6 years
Launched diabetes awareness society (sugar chetna society) in distt. moga (Punjab) in year 2011 which caters to people needs in early recognition and prevention of diabetes especially in undiagnosed cases (To locate tip of iceberg) which now is SAHAS (SUGAR & HEART AWARENESS SOCIETY), moga, as a founder mamber as patron & mentor.
We have already organized A Walk to Defeat Diabetes on World Diabetes Day in 2012/2013/2014 and number of awareness camps in schools, college, public parks etc
